1. GENERAL TERMS OF USE By accessing or purchasing from www.elementalhealing.co.za, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent or guardian. The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. You will use the website and its content for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. You understand that all content, products, services, rituals, Reiki sessions, meditations, courses, and spiritual guidance are offered as complementary wellness support. Elemental Healing reserves the right to update prices, product descriptions, policies, availability, services, and website content at any time without prior notice.

WELLNESS & SPIRITUAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER Elemental Healing provides holistic wellness services, including but not limited to Reiki, distant Reiki, chakra balancing, guided meditations, spiritual rituals, intuitive guidance, tarot-related support, and energy-based sessions. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or emergency advice. No diagnosis, medical treatment, guaranteed outcome, or cure is offered or implied. You remain responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Please consult a qualified medical or mental health professional for any health-related concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, or a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.
3. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER & SAFETY Elemental Healing products may include candles, bath soaks, body oils, anointing oils, essential oil blends, roll-ons, aura and linen mists, herbal teas, ritual kits, crystals, digital rituals, courses, and other wellness items. Product descriptions, ritual suggestions, energetic meanings, crystal properties, essential oil associations, and spiritual uses are provided for informational and ritual purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Please use all products responsibly and according to the instructions provided. Safety Notice Always patch test oils, mists, and topical products before use. Do not ingest products unless they are clearly labelled as suitable for consumption. Keep candles, oils, herbs, crystals, bath products, and small items away from children and pets. Never leave candles or incense unattended. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, discomfort, allergy, or sensitivity occurs. Consult a healthcare professional before using essential oils, herbal products, or ritual items if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, epileptic, immunocompromised, on medication, or managing a medical condition.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS All prices are listed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Elemental Healing reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment is unsuccessful, stock is unavailable, incorrect information has been provided, or an error appears on the website. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address, contact details, email address, and order information are correct before placing your order.
5. SERVICE BOOKINGS Bookings for Reiki, distant Reiki, chakra work, meditations, spiritual sessions, rituals, and related services are subject to availability. Payment may be required in advance to secure your booking. Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited or a cancellation fee being charged, at the discretion of Elemental Healing. If Elemental Healing needs to reschedule your appointment due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative appointment time.
6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES & DOWNLOADS Digital products may include guided meditations, ritual guides, online courses, printable materials, workbooks, grimoire pages, audio files, PDFs, and other downloadable or online content. Due to the nature of digital products, digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, the file has been downloaded, or course access has been provided, unless the product is faulty or inaccessible due to an error on our side. Digital products are for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, upload, reproduce, teach, or commercially use Elemental Healing digital content without written permission.
7. GIFT VOUCHERS Gift vouchers are valid for the product, ritual, service, package, or monetary value stated on the voucher. Gift vouchers: Are not redeemable for cash; Cannot be refunded once purchased; May not be resold; Must be presented at the time of booking or redemption; Are subject to availability; Must be used before the expiry date stated on the voucher. If a voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, or used by someone else without permission, Elemental Healing is not responsible for replacement unless proof of purchase can be verified.
8. RETURNS POLICY We want you to love your Elemental Healing purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elementalhealing.co.za with your order number, photos where relevant, and a clear description of the issue. Return Eligibility Returns may be accepted where: The item is defective, damaged, or not as described; The wrong item was sent; The item qualifies for return under applicable South African consumer protection laws; The item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and returned within the allowed return period. Items That Cannot Usually Be Returned For hygiene, safety, energetic preparation, and digital access reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied: Opened or used bath soaks; Opened oils, mists, roll-ons, balms, or body products; Opened herbal teas or consumable products; Custom-made or personalised products; Ritual kits that have been opened or used; Digital products, downloads, courses, PDFs, audio files, and online content once accessed; Gift vouchers; Services that have already been delivered; Sale, clearance, or discounted items, unless defective. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include: Your name; Order number; Contact details; A description of the issue; Clear photos of the item, packaging, and delivery box where applicable. Once the issue has been reviewed, Elemental Healing may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Change-of-Mind Returns Change-of-mind returns may be considered for eligible physical products only, provided the item is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds for approved change-of-mind returns will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
9. SHIPPING POLICY Elemental Healing currently ships within South Africa, unless otherwise stated. Processing Time Orders are usually processed within 7-14 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, custom preparation time, ritual preparation time, or supplier delays. Handmade, small-batch, personalised, or ritual-prepared items may require additional processing time. Delivery Time Delivery times vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, and external delays. Estimated delivery timeframes: Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth local delivery or collection: 7-14 Main city centres in South Africa: approximately 7-14 business days after dispatch Regional or outlying areas: approximately 2-5 business days after dispatch These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping Costs Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or communicated before your order is finalised. Free shipping may be offered from time to time as part of a promotion or minimum order value. Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. Elemental Healing is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Risk & Ownership Risk in the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us promptly if there is a problem.
