Our therapies and events are reserved especially for you, and we often turn away other clients for the same time slot. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 24 hours' notice or more: no cancellation fee applies (and we will happily help you reschedule where possible).

• 12-24 hours' notice: a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the booking will be charged.

• Less than 12 hours' notice / same-day cancellation: a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of the booking will be charged.

• Missed appointments (no-shows): 100% of the value of the booking will be charged.

Late cancellation / no-show fees are payable within 48 hours, and future bookings can only be confirmed once the outstanding balance has been settled. If we are able to fill your cancelled appointment time, we may reduce or waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

Please note that we generally hold our treatment times for as long as possible. If, however, you arrive late, the time held for your session will likely be shortened to be able to accommodate other bookings within schedule, and the full session fee still applies.

In line with the Consumer Protection Act, no cancellation fee will be charged if the booking cannot be honoured due to the death or hospitalisation of the person for whom, or for whose benefit, the booking was made.

We would ask that you do your best to arrive for your appointment in a sound body and mind state with minimal complications with health and injuries. Our therapist will assist as best as they can to either take your therapy into consideration to support these concerns or offer alternatives if she deems it necessary.
