A Simple Ritual for Working with Rooted

1. Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser, following the diffuser manufacturer’s instructions.

2. Sit or stand with both feet placed firmly on the floor.

3. Let your shoulders drop and take a slow breath in through the nose.

4. Exhale gently and repeat:
