A Simple Ritual for Working with Shield

1. Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser, following the diffuser manufacturer’s instructions.

2. Open a window or doorway slightly to allow the room to breathe.

3. Stand in the centre of the space or near the threshold.

4. Take a slow breath and repeat:

“May this space be cleared and protected.
May only what is aligned remain.
May peace, strength, and steadiness fill this room.”
