A Simple Ritual for Working with Smoke & Stillness

1. Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser, following the diffuser manufacturer’s instructions.

2. Open a window slightly, allowing the space to breathe.

3. As the aroma begins to unfold, pause at the doorway or centre of the room.

4. Take a slow breath and set a quiet intention: 

“May this space be cleared of what no longer belongs. May stillness return. May peace remain.”

5. Allow the blend to diffuse while you tidy, meditate, journal, or simply rest.

For comfortable aromatic use, diffuse in a well-ventilated room and avoid prolonged, continuous exposure.
