Question old rules. Build balanced beliefs. Choose differently.
Some beliefs become so familiar that they begin to feel like facts: I am not capable. I must keep everyone happy. I cannot make mistakes. It is too late for me. Nothing will ever change.
UNBOUND — A Limiting Beliefs Workbook is a beautifully designed 60-page workbook created to help you recognise the beliefs, rules and assumptions influencing how you see yourself, respond to challenges and make everyday choices.
Through guided reflection, practical exercises and fillable journal pages, you will explore where a belief becomes active, how it affects your thoughts, emotions and behaviour, what it may have been trying to protect—and whether it still supports the life you want to live.
The workbook guides you through three choice-led sections:
Recognising the Old Rule: Identify automatic thoughts, rigid expectations, protective patterns and the situations that activate them.
Building a Balanced Update: Examine evidence, consider alternative explanations and create a more flexible, believable belief.
Practising New Choice: Translate your balanced belief into safe, manageable actions, clearer boundaries and values-led decisions.
You will also receive a personal support map, capacity check, one-minute unhooking practice, reusable thought record, behavioural-experiment planner, balanced-belief plan and printable permission cards.
UNBOUND does not rely on forced positivity or unrealistic affirmations. It allows space for real limitations, difficult experiences, uncertainty and unfair circumstances while helping you identify where greater flexibility, support and choice may still be possible.
Use the workbook in order or move directly to the pages that feel most relevant. There is no completion deadline and no requirement to eliminate every difficult thought. The intention is to create more room between an old belief and your next choice.
This is an online digital product. No physical item will be shipped.
UNBOUND is intended for wellness education, spiritual self-care and personal reflection. It is not psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, trauma treatment, diagnosis, medical or mental-health advice, or crisis support.
